摘 要:目的 通过访谈了解安宁疗护适任护士参与体验式生命教育工作坊的体验与感受,为提升安宁疗护适任护士胜任力教育提供依据。方法 采用描述性质性研究,以目的抽样法,选取2024年4-5月参与上海市护理学会安宁疗护适任护士培训的15名学员进行半结构式访谈,采用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果 围绕被访谈者参与体验式生命教育工作坊的体验,提炼出5个主题,深化死亡教育认知、培养共情能力、强化换位思考意识、提升哀伤辅导能力、增强团队合作意识及凝聚力。结论 体验式生命教育工作坊的教学模式在安宁疗护适任护士教学中优势显著,有助于全面提升安宁疗护整体护理服务质量及团队发展。Objective To understand the experiences and feelings of hospice care competent nurses participating in the experiential life education workshop through interviews,aiming to provide a basis for improving the competency of hospice care competent nurses.Methods A descriptive qualitative study was conducted.First,15 trainees were selected from the nurses who participated in the hospice care competent nurse training organized by the Shanghai Nursing Association from April to May 2024 by purposive sampling.Then,they were investigated through semi-structured interviews.Finally,their interview data were analyzed using the content analysis method to extract topics.Results A total of 5 topics were extracted from the interviewees' experiences in the experiential life education workshop:1.Deepening understanding of death education,2.Cultivating empathy,3.Enhancing perspective-taking awareness,4.Improving grief counseling skills,5.Enhancing teamwork awareness and cohesion.Conclusion The experiential life education workshop teaching model shows significant advantages in training hospice care competent nurses.It effectively contributes to the comprehensive improvement of overall hospice care service quality and the development of nursing teams.
