摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同饲养方式对坝上长尾鸡蛋品质和肉品质的影响。选取21周龄坝上长尾鸡1000只,随机分为笼养和散养2组,每组5个重复,每个重复100只母鸡。试验结果表明:散养组的蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色均显著高于笼养组(P<0.05)。散养组蛋黄磷脂含量显著高于笼养组(P<0.05),散养组蛋黄中胆固醇含量显著低于笼养组(P<0.05)。笼养组和散养组的胸肌pH值差异不显著(P>0.05),散养组胸肌和腿肌肉色和剪切力较笼养组均显著提高(P<0.05)。散养组胸肌和腿肌的滴水损失率显著低于笼养组(P<0.05)。散养组胸肌和腿肌的肌苷酸的含量显著高于笼养组(P<0.05)。可见,散养模式下坝上长尾鸡蛋品质、肉品质优于笼养模式,有利于提高坝上长尾鸡的健康水平和经济效益。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different feeding methods on egg quality and meat quality of Bashang long-tailed chickens.100021-week-old Bashang long-tailed chickens were randomly divided into cage and free-range groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 100 hens in each replicate.The results showed that the egg shape index,eggshell strength,Haugh unit,and yolk color of the free-range group were significantly higher than those of the cage group(P<0.05).The phospholipid content of egg yolk in the free-range group was considerably greater than that in the cage group(P<0.05).The cholesterol content of egg yolk in the free-range group was significantly lower than that in the cage group(P<0.05).The pH value of breast muscle in the cage group and free-range group was not significant(P>0.05).The color and shear force of breast muscle and leg muscles in free-range group were significantly greater than those in cage group(P<0.05).The drip loss rate of breast mus-cle and leg muscle in the free-range group was significantly lower than that in caged group(P<0.05).The inosinic acid content of breast muscle and leg muscle in the free-range group was significantly greater than that in the cage group(P<0.05).It can be seen that the egg quality and meat quality of Bashang long-tailed chickens in the free-range mode are better than those in the cage mode,which is conducive to improving the health level and economic benefits of Bashang long-tailed chickens.
