摘 要:为满足现代航天发射对轻量化、高效能设施的需求,提出一种新型轻量化航天发射塔架伸缩臂机构的设计方案。该设计方案采用模块化设计理念,将伸缩臂机构分为支撑框架、伸缩系统和连接锁定装置3个关键部件。此外,遵循轻量化的设计理念,摒弃传统的液压驱动方式,采用电动丝杠与直线导轨组合驱动,使用由高强度低合金钢和铝合金复合结构组成的支撑框架,以及由形状记忆合金驱动的连接锁定装置。研究表明,新型设计显著降低了系统的质量和能耗,同时提高了伸缩速度、锁紧载荷和定位精度,为航天发射设施的技术升级提供了新思路。In order to meet the demand of lightweight and high-efficiency facilities for modern space launch,a new design scheme of lightweight space launch tower telescopic arm is proposed.The design scheme adopts the modular design concept,and the telescopic arm mechanism is divided into three key components:support frame,telescopic system and connecting locking device.In addition,follow the lightweight design concept,the traditional hydraulic drive method is abandoned,the combination of electric lead screw and linear guide rail is used,the support frame is composed of high-strength low-alloy steel and aluminum alloy composite structure,and the connection locking device is driven by shape memory alloy.The research shows that the new design significantly reduces the system quality and energy consumption,while improving the expansion speed,locking load and positioning accuracy,which provides a new idea for the technology upgrade of space launch facilities.
