摘  要:在飞机起降过程中,机轮轮毂连接螺栓是承受载荷的重要部件。选取B737NG飞机主轮连接螺栓作为研究对象,首先分析螺栓结构与受力情况。其次,针对一组连接螺栓进行失效分析,借助能谱分析和硬度测试等检测手段,明确引起螺栓断裂的主要原因为疲劳断裂。最后,通过分析发现,造成螺栓疲劳失效的可能原因包括人为因素和工程管理漏洞,在此基础上提出完善工程管理工作和优化螺栓检测手段的措施,从而减少螺栓疲劳断裂的风险,提升飞机起降阶段的安全性。In the process of takeoff and landing,the wheel hub connecting bolt is an important part to bear the load.The B737NG aircraft main wheel connection bolt is selected as the research object.Firstly,the structure and stress of the bolt are analyzed.Secondly,the failure analysis of a group of connecting bolts is carried out.By means of energy spectrum analysis and hardness testing,fatigue fracture is the main cause of bolt fracture.Finally,through the analysis,it is found that the possible causes of bolt fatigue failure include human factors and engineering management loopholes.On this basis,measures are proposed to improve engineering management and optimize bolt detection methods,so as to reduce the risk of bolt fatigue fracture and improve the safety of aircraft take-off and landing stage.
