摘  要:关节臂测量机作为高精度三坐标测量设备,在工程机械液压机壳体检测中发挥着重要作用。通过分析液压机壳体的结构特点和检测要求,提出关节臂测量机的测量策略、路径规划方法和测量精度控制方法。研究表明,采用分区域测量、特征点定位与扫描相结合的测量方案,可有效提高检测效率和精度。同时,优化测量参数和误差补偿,能够进一步保证测量数据的可靠性。实践证明,该测量策略可显著提升液压机壳体检测的自动化水平和质量控制能力。As a high-precision coordinate measuring equipment,the articulated arm measuring machine plays an important role in the shell detection of hydraulic press of construction machinery.By analyzing the structure characteristics and testing requirements of hydraulic press shell,the measuring strategy,path planning method and measuring precision control method of joint arm measuring machine are put forward.The research shows that the measurement scheme combining sub-area measurement,feature point positioning and scanning can effectively improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,the reliability of measurement data can be further guaranteed by optimizing measurement parameters and error compensation.Practice has proved that this measurement strategy can significantly improve the automation level and quality control ability of hydraulic press shell detection.
