摘　　要：该文基于利益相关者理论视角,通过文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法对“双减”政策背景下学校体育的利益相关主体进行研究。从识别“双减”政策背景下学校体育的利益相关者类别入手,探析核心利益相关者的主体诉求,厘清核心利益相关者的多元价值冲突。提出家校社各级主体协同发展、家校层面破除传统思想桎梏、学校层面按需建立严格的约束机制、政府层面优化教师保障制度的应对措施。This article is based on the perspective of stakeholder theory, and uses research methods such as literature review and logical reasoning to study the stakeholders of school sports under the background of the " double reduction " policy. Starting from identifying the categories of stakeholders in school sports under the background of the " double reduction " policy, this article explores the main demands of core stakeholders and clarifies the diverse value conflicts of core stakeholders. Propose measures for the coordinated development of various levels of entities in the family school community, the elimination of traditional ideological constraints at the family school level, the establishment of strict constraint mechanisms as needed at the school level, and the optimization of teacher security systems at the government level.
