新时代体教融合背景下学校体育发展困境与对策研究

摘　　要：学校体育作为体育事业的根基之一,起着至关重要的作用。体育与教育的有机融合,让学校体育发挥实质的教育功能,重视学生的综合能力发展,贯彻落实《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》精神,实现体育与教育融合发展、高质量发展。该文采用文献分析法、归纳法、案例分析法,得出体教融合背景下学校体育发展的困境:对“健康第一”的理念认识不足;师资力量建设不足;学校体育目标的可操作性不足。为此提出体教融合背景下学校体育发展的对策:面向全体同学,开齐开足体育课;加强教师队伍的建设;完善管理体系,增强治理能力。School sports, as one of the foundations of the sports industry, play a crucial role. The organic integration of sports and education enables school sports to play a substantial educational role, attaches importance to the development of students' comprehensive abilities, implements the spirit of the " Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents ", and achieves the integrated and high-quality development of sports and education. This article adopts literature analysis, induction, and case analysis methods to identify the challenges in the development of school physical education under the background of integrating sports and education: insufficient understanding of the concept of " health first ";Insufficient construction of teaching staff;The operability of school sports objectives is insufficient. To this end, countermeasures for the development of school physical education under the background of integrating sports and education are proposed: open physical education classes to all students;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;Improve the management system and enhance governance capabilities.
