摘　　要：近年来亲子游户外运动受到广大家长朋友的喜爱。常见的家庭亲子滑雪活动和户外亲子游活动受到越来越多的家长朋友的喜爱。由于家庭户外锻炼,运动强度与难度适中,能够活跃家庭氛围,增加家庭成员之间的互动,并具有一定的挑战性。初级双板滑雪难度小、技术动作易掌握,家长和孩子学习起来易于学会,尤其是孩子对雪的喜爱和对雪上运动的激情,能够瞬间燃起家庭成员对滑雪的激情。一家人在滑道上燃放对冰雪运动的激情与热爱,这项运动时刻牵动着参与滑雪运动的每个家庭成员的心弦,滑雪让家庭成员之间的配合逐渐默契,让亲子关系越来越和谐,让孩子更自信,让亲子互动时的陪伴更有效。in recent years,parent-child outdoor sports have been loved by parents and friends.The common family parent-child skiing and outdoor parent-child tourism activities are loved by more and more parents and friends.Due to the family outdoor exercise,the exercise intensity and difficulty are moderate,which can activate the family atmosphere,the interaction between family members,which is challenging,the difficulty of primary double skiing is small,and the technical movements are easy to master.The adults and children of double skiing can learn to walk fast,especially the children's love for snow and their passion for snow sports can instantly ignite the family members'passion for skiing.The family's passion and love for ice and snow sports on the slideway affect the heartstrings of every family member participating in skiing.Skiing gradually makes the cooperation between family members tacit,and makes the parentchild relationship more harmonious,and let the child be more confident,and make the parent-child interaction more effective.
