体育公平视角下学校体育高质量发展研究

摘　　要：该文以学校体育高质量发展为研究对象,主要目的是集中探讨体育教育本体的公平问题,即在体育公平视角下,通过对于学校体育公平现状的了解和未来发展路径的探索,助力学校体育的高质量发展。该研究以文献资料法、逻辑推理法为主要研究方法。得出的研究结果是学校体育公平现状有待改善,体现在教师资源公平缺失、场地建设与体育教学内容设置和竞赛资源公平缺失,政府宏观调配学校体育资源公平的缺失,男女性别体育资源公平的缺失以及专项生和非专项生体育资源公平的缺失等方面。研究结论是为实现学校体育高质量发展,应合理调配师资促公平、出台学校体育免责机制,注重学校大众体育竞赛资源补充,政府采取措施重视学校体育场地设施完善,高水平体育人才队伍资源下放至普通学生体育教学中,合理安排学校体育课程,兼顾男女公平。This paper takes the high-quality development of school physical education as the research object,and the main purpose is to focus on the fairness of physical education itself,that is,to help the high-quality development of school physical education by understanding the current situation of school physical education fairness and exploring the future development path from the perspective of sports fairness;The main research methods of this study are literature review and logical reasoning.The research results show that the current situation of school sports equity needs to be improved,which is reflected in the lack of teacher resources equity,venue construction,sports teaching content setting and competition resources equity,the lack of government macro-allocation of school sports resources equity,the lack of gender sports resources equity and the lack of sports resources equity for special students and non-special students.The research conclusion is that in order to realize the high-quality development of school sports,teachers should be reasonably allocated to promote fairness,the exemption mechanism of school sports should be introduced,the resources of school mass sports competitions should be supplemented,the government should take measures to improve school sports venues and facilities,the resources of high-level sports talents should be decentralized to ordinary students'physical education,the school physical education curriculum should be reasonably arranged,and the fairness between men and women should be given consideration.
