摘  要:随着社会对全面教育的重视,中小学体育教学与心理健康教育的融合成为教育创新的关键。为此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法深入探讨了两者融合的方法以及问题现状,旨在提出切实可行的方案,为教育工作者在体育教学中融入心理健康教育提供思路与参考,进而促进学生身心健康的全面发展。With the importance of the society to comprehensive education,the integration of physical education and mental health education in primary and secondary schools has become the key to educational innovation.Therefore,the paper uses the literature method and other research methods to discuss the integration method and the current situation of the two,aiming to put forward a feasible plan,to provide ideas and reference for educators to integrate mental health education into physical education,and then promote the comprehensive development of students'physical and mental health.
