摘　　要：以河北体育学院运动训练系《运动技能实训》课程的实际情况为出发点,对本门课程进行了深入分析。通过研究发现,本门课程确实存在一些需要解决的问题。该文对高校学生的人文教育理念、自主学习能力培养、基于改革发展的体育新模式以及改革中引入的体育教学创新方法进行了深入分析。通过理论分析与实践相结合,对《运动技能教学实训》课程改革进行了全面、深入的研究和探索,重点讨论课程教学内容与考核模式的改革,希望进一步提升课程效果,提高人才培养质量。Starting from the actual situation of the"Sports Skills Training"course in the Sports Training Department of Hebei Sport University,this course is analyzed in depth.Through research,it has been found that there are indeed some issues that need to be addressed in this course.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the humanistic education philosophy,the cultivation of selflearning ability,the new sports model based on reform and development,and the innovative methods of sports teaching introduced in the reform for college students.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practice,a comprehensive and in-depth study and exploration have been conducted on the reform of the"Sports Skills Teaching and Training"course,with a focus on the reform of the course teaching content and assessment mode,hoping to further improve the course effectiveness and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
