摘 要:高民族传统体育是中华民族优秀文化宝库中的珍品,高校民族传统体育课程是传承传统体育文化的重要途径,承担着教育的基本功能,学生通过教学获得传统体育文化知识和体育技能,形成体育价值观,养成良好的终身体育行为习惯,科学合理的教学对民族传统体育文化的传承起着举足轻重的作用。然而,目前我国高校民族传统体育课程发展还普遍存在一些问题,尤其是教学内容方面,普遍比较单一,没有充分突出公体课和专项课之间的特点、性质等本质差异,并且主要以某一专项基本技能传授为主,缺少民族文化融入,忽略了民族文化对整个教学的作用,教学与文化相脱离,严重影响民族文化的普及和传承。基于此,该文旨在深入探索民族文化传承背景下我国高校民族传统体育教学改革的路径。Traditional national sports is a treasure in the treasure house of Chinese excellent culture.Traditional national sports curriculum in schools is a treasure in the treasure house of Chinese excellent culture.Traditional national sports curriculum in colleges and universities is an important way to inherit traditional sports culture,which bears the basic function of education.Students acquire traditional sports cultural knowledge and sports skills through teaching,form sports values and develop good lifelong sports behavior habits,and play a decisive role in teaching the inheritance of traditional national sports culture scientifically and reasonably.However,at present,there are still some problems in the development of national traditional physical education class course in colleges and universities in China,especially in the teaching content,which is generally simple,fails to fully highlight the essential differences in characteristics and nature between public physical education courses and special courses,and mainly focuses on teaching basic skills of a specific project,lacking the integration of national culture,ignoring the role of national culture in the whole teaching,and the separation between teaching and culture seriously affects the understanding and inheritance of national culture.Based on this,this paper aims to deeply explore the path of national traditional physical education teaching reform in colleges and universities in China under the background of national cultural inheritance.
