舞龙舞狮运动在高职体育教学中的实践与文化传承研究

摘　　要：舞龙舞狮是我国的传统体育项目之一,对高职体育教学有很大的价值。既可以增强学生体质、培养团队合作精神,又可以继承与发扬中国传统文化。但目前舞龙舞狮高职体育教学面临着师资力量薄弱、教学资源匮乏、学生参与度较低等问题。该文针对上述问题提出了优化课程设置、强化师资培训、开发校本教材、改善教学设施的实践策略,同时从融入文化教育、开展文化活动、加强校园文化建设等方面对舞龙舞狮文化传承之路进行了探索,以更好地发挥高职体育教学特有的功能。Dragon and lion dance is one of the traditional sports in China,which is of great value to higher vocational physical education.It can not only enhance students'physique,cultivate teamwork spirit,but also inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese culture.However,at present,the teaching of dragon and lion dance higher vocational physical education is faced with problems such as weak teachers,lack of teaching resources,and low student participation.In view of the above problems,practical strategies for optimizing curriculum setting,strengthening teacher training,developing school-based teaching materials,and improving teaching facilities were proposed.At the same time,the cultural inheritance of dragon and lion dance was explored from the aspects of integrating cultural education,carrying out cultural activities,and strengthening the construction of campus culture,so as to better play the unique function of higher vocational physical education.
