摘 要:运动生理学是高校体育类专业的基础专业课程之一,同时相对于其他专业课程来讲,运动生理学也是学习难度较大的一门课程。随着高校教学改革的不断深化,传统的教学模式弊端凸显,已不利于有效培养学生自主学习能力。针对此类问题,在运动生理学教学中引入对分课堂教学模式,实践案例显示,这种模式提高了学生的学习积极性,提升了他们的自主学习能力和团队协作技能。学生反馈积极,认为对分课堂有助于深化理论理解,增强实践应用能力。效果评估显示,学生的学习成效和课程满意度显著提升。通过深入分析“对分课堂”模式在《运动生理学》课程中的应用,该文为体育教育工作者提供了一种创新的教学视角,以期激发学生的学习热情,提升教学质量,同时为高校运动生理学课程的教学改革提供参考。Sports physiology is one of the fundamental courses in sports majors in universities,and compared to other professional courses,sports physiology is also a more difficult course to learn.With the continuous deepening of teaching reform in universities,the drawbacks of traditional teaching models have become prominent,which is no longer conducive to effectively cultivating students'self-learning ability.In response to such problems,the split classroom teaching model has been introduced into the sports physiology teaching model.Practical cases have shown that this model has improved students'learning enthusiasm,enhanced their self-learning ability and teamwork skills.Student feedback is positive,believing that divided classrooms help deepen theoretical understanding and enhance practical application abilities.The effectiveness evaluation shows that students'learning outcomes and course satisfaction have significantly improved.Through in-depth analysis of the application of the"split classroom"model in the course of Sports Physiology,this article provides an innovative teaching perspective for physical education educators,aiming to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,improve teaching quality,and provide reference for the teaching reform of sports physiology courses in universities.
