摘 要:该文随机选取实验组和对照组各20人,以12周的干预方案来证实核心稳定性训练对中学生立定跳远成绩的影响,进而为日后立定跳远训练提供参考依据。经数据分析,实验组实验前后的成绩对比结果为T=-0.401、P=0.016<0.05,具有显著性差异;实验组、对照组男生实验前后的成绩对比结果分别为T=-0.235、P=0.037<0.05,T=-0.196、P=0.049<0.05,都具有显著性差异;实验组、对照组女生实验前后的成绩对比结果分别为T=-0.295、P=0.049<0.05,T=-0.182、P=0.059>0.05,实验组女生成绩具有显著性差异,对照组差异不大;实验后实验组和对照组成绩对比结果为T=2.875、P=0.028<0.05,具有显著性差异。结果表明,实验组和对照组训练方法都有助于提高学生的立定跳远成绩,加强核心稳定训练使得成绩提高更加显著;女生更应当加强核心稳定性训练。This article randomly selects 20 individuals from the experimental group and 20 individuals from the control group,and uses a 12 week intervention plan to confirm the impact of core stability training on the performance of middle school students in standing long jump.This provides a reference basis for future standing long jump training.After data analysis,the comparison results of the experimental group's performance before and after the experiment are:T=-0.401,P=0.016<0.05,with a significant difference;The comparison results of male students in the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment are as follows:T=-0.235,P=0.037<0.05,T=-0.1965,P=0.0485<0.05,all have significant differences;The comparison results of the academic performance between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were as follows:T=-0.295,P=-0.049<0.05,T=-0.182,P=0.059>0.05.There was a significant difference in academic performance between the experimental group and the control group,while the difference was not significant;The comparison results between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment are:T=2.875,P=0.028<0.05,with a significant difference;The results showed that both the experimental group and the control group training methods were helpful in improving the standing long jump performance of students,and strengthening core stability training made the performance improvement more significant;Girls should also strengthen core stability training.
