探究动作示范在高职排球教学中的应用

摘　　要：振兴足球是我国从体育大国迈向体育强国的重要手段,对实现中国体育强国梦具有重大意义。为推动高校足球教学高质量发展,助力足球振兴和体育强国目标的实现,需要充分利用足球振兴的机遇,深入研究高校足球教学在这一过程中所发挥的关键价值,并提出相应的实施路径。研究结果表明,储备足球后备人才、全面提升学生的身体素质和普及足球运动是促进高校足球教学高质量发展的关键前提。为实现以上目标,该文探讨了一些具体措施,促进高校足球教学实现高质量发展,为国家储备更多优秀的足球后备人才,助力实现足球振兴和体育强国的目标。Vocational colleges have always emphasized the core position of practical education,and this concept has been fully integrated into all aspects of their education system.In vocational physical education teaching,volleyball has been widely welcomed by teachers and students due to its strong teamwork,fun and vitality.In vocational volleyball teaching,the importance of action demonstration as a teaching method cannot be ignored.This article first elaborates on the application principles of action demonstration method,then deeply analyzes the positive role of action demonstration in vocational volleyball teaching,and finally provides a detailed analysis of the specific application and precautions of action demonstration in vocational volleyball teaching,in order to further optimize the teaching effect and promote the improvement of students'volleyball skills.
