摘 要:在健康中国视域下,我国青少年身心健康发展不断得到重视,体能训练在此基础上就愈发重要,体能训练不仅能够增强体质,也能促进心理健康,但训练时也出现了一些心理健康方面的问题。该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,探讨了健康中国视域下体能训练对青少年身心健康的影响,得出体能训练对青少年的身心健康有促进作用,同时在训练时会产生一些心理方面的问题,对此提出相应的策略。From the perspective of Healthy China,the physical and mental health development of Chinese adolescents is constantly receiving attention,and physical fitness training is becoming increasingly important on this basis.Physical fitness training can not only enhance physical fitness,but also promote mental health.However,at the same time,some psychological health problems also arise during training.This article uses literature review and logical analysis methods to explore the impact of physical fitness training on the physical and mental health of adolescents from the perspective of Healthy China.It is concluded that physical training has a promoting effect on the physical and mental health of adolescents,while also causing some psychological problems during training.Corresponding strategies are proposed for this.
