摘　　要：藏族民间舞作为中华文化的瑰宝,其独特的动作元素和深邃的韵律令人心驰神往。而健身健美操因其简单易学、充满活力的特点,迅速赢得了广大群众的喜爱。当这两种艺术形式巧妙结合,不仅为健身健美操注入了新的活力,更为藏族文化的传承与弘扬搭建了一座桥梁。该文深入探讨了如何将藏族民间舞的动作元素巧妙地融入健身健美操中,通过精心优化与重构,创造出一系列既保留藏族舞蹈独特韵味,又符合现代健身需求的动作组合。这一创新尝试不仅丰富了健身健美操的文化内涵,还使参与者在运动的过程中能够深切体验到藏族文化的独特魅力,从而进一步加深对藏族文化的理解与尊重。这一融合不仅展现了中华文化的博大精深,也为文化的传承与发展注入了新的活力。Tibetan folk dance,as a treasure of Chinese culture,is fascinated by its unique movement elements and profound rhythm.And fitness aerobics,because of its simple and easy to learn,full of vitality,quickly won the love of the masses.When these two art forms are skillfully combined,they not only inject new vitality into fitness aerobics,but also build a bridge for the inheritance and promotion of Tibetan culture.This paper discusses how to skillfully integrate the movement elements of Tibetan folk dance into fitness aerobics,and through careful optimization and reconstruction,create a series of movement combinations that not only retain the unique charm of Tibetan dance,but also meet the needs of modern fitness.This innovative attempt not only enriches the cultural connotation of aerobics,but also enables participants to deeply experience the unique charm of Tibetan culture in the process of exercise,so as to further deepen their understanding and respect for Tibetan culture.This integration not only shows the broad and profound Chinese culture,but also injects new vitality into the inheritance and development of culture.
