摘 要:学生在院校教育情境中如何分配学习时间,会影响其最终的学习结果。工科硕士生培养模式与本科生存在较大差异,有必要深入分析工科硕士生学习时间分配特征及其对工程能力发展的影响。基于潜在剖面分析,将工科硕士生的学习时间分配划分为娱乐主导型、科研偏好型、科研主导型和均衡分配型。在此基础上,发现工科硕士生学习时间分配类型在不同的院校、年级、学位类型上存在显著的分布差异,并且不同学习时间分配类型的工科硕士生在其工程能力的发展上也存在显著的差异。为此,应当科学规划学生的学习时间分配,支持多元化学习时间分配路径,将工程能力发展纳入核心培养目标。How students allocate their study time in the educational context of universities affects their final learning outcomes.As the cultivation mode of engineering master's students is quite different from that of undergraduate students,it is necessary to deeply analyse the characteristics of study time allocation of engineering master's students and its impact on the development of engineering competencies.Based on the latent profile analysis,the study time allocation of engineering master's degree students is classified into entertainment-orientated,research-preferred,research-orientated and balanced allocation.On this basis,it is found that there are significant distributional differences in the types of study time allocation of engineering master's degree students in different universities,grades,and degree types,and there are also significant differences in the development of engineering competencies of engineering master's degree students with different types of study time allocation.For this reason,students'study time allocation should be scientifically planned,supporting diversified study time allocation paths,and incorporating the development of engineering competencies into the core training objectives.
