应用型高校科技创新与产业创新融合的动力机制与实践样态——以南京工程学院为例

摘　　要：应用型高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在推动科技创新与产业创新融合方面独具优势,但仍面临现实挑战。理想的创新链模式从创新主体、创新协同和创新过程三个方面为应用型高校科技创新与产业创新融合的动力机制提供了夯实框架。南京工程学院则以“创新协同”为核心,向创新主体培育与创新过程优化两端拓展,形成了独特的融合机制。为深化科技创新与产业创新融合,应用型高校应强化创新链理论应用、优化资源配置、加强政策引导和支持。As an important part of China's higher education,applied colleges and universities have unique advantages in promoting the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation,but they still face realistic challenges.The ideal innovation chain model provides a solid framework for the power mechanism of the integration of science and technology innovation and industrial innovation in applied universities from the three aspects of innovation body,innovation synergy and innovation process.Nanjing Institute of Technology has formed a unique integration mechanism by taking"innovation synergy"as the core and expanding to the cultivation of innovation body and optimization of innovation process.In order to deepen the integration of science and technology innovation and industrial innovation,applied universities should strengthen the application of innovation chain theory,optimize resource allocation,and enhance policy guidance and support.
