摘 要:本文构建了多维分析框架,探究我国行业特色高校本科人才培养的特点与路径。采用LDA主题模型对30所高水平行业特色高校“双一流”建设方案中的人才培养环节与要素进行主题挖掘,运用社会网络分析法分析主题间的关联程度。研究表明,这些高校人才培养目标、培养主体、培养载体与内容、培养教学支持、培养效果五环节及其下八要素协同作用,形成多条人才培养路径。这些路径既彰显行业特色,又兼具普适性,但亦面临新兴与传统学科融合不足、学科交叉机制待完善、基础学科建设薄弱等挑战。为助力行业特色高校提高人才培养质量,本文提出以下建议:深度融合国家战略与行业需求,精准培育复合型人才;强化“双师型”师资队伍建设,促进校企、科教协同育人;巩固优势学科核心地位,推进学科间有效融合;深化教学组织形式改革,构建智慧教学生态;紧密对接行业需求,构建全方位动态评价体系。This paper constructs a multidimensional analysis framework to explore the characteristics and pathways of undergraduate talent cultivation in industry characteristic universities in China.The LDA topic model is employed to excavate the topics within the talent cultivation aspects and elements of"Double First-Class"construction plans from 3o high-level industry characteristic universities,and social network analysis is utilized to analyze the degree of correlation among topics.The research reveals that the five aspects of talent cultivationobjectives,subjects,carriers and content,teaching support,and effectsalong with their eight constituent elements,synergistically form multiple pathways for talent cultivation.These pathways not only highlight industry characteristics but also possess universal applicability,albeit facing challenges such as inadequate integration between emerging and traditional disciplines,imperfect interdisciplinary fusion mechanisms,and weak foundational discipline construction.To improve the quality of talent cultivation,this paper proposes the following suggestions:deeply integrate national strategies with industry needs to precisely cultivate composite talents;strengthen the"dual-qualified"teaching staff to promote collaborative education between universities and enterprises,as well as research and teaching;consolidate the core position of advantageous disciplines and promote effective interdisciplinary integration;deepen the reform of teaching organizational forms to construct an intelligent teaching ecology;and closely align with industry needs to establish a comprehensive and dynamic evaluation system.
