市级“双师型”教师认定标准运行体系构建研究——基于钱学森系统工程理论视角

摘　　要：本研究针对我国职教“双师型”教师认定标准在市级层面应用的不足,基于钱学森系统工程理论及“综合集成研讨厅体系”框架,选取深圳西部职教集团职业院校及其合作企业作为案例研究对象,运用三角论证等方法,探索构建出一套包含专家子体系、认定子体系和知识子体系的市级“双师型”教师认定标准运行体系模型。同时,本研究结合试点经验还提出了针对三个子体系的实施策略,旨在帮助基层教育工作者结合自身情况不断优化和赋能该体系,探索一条符合新时代高质量发展需求的“双师型”教师队伍建设新路径。This study aims to address the shortcomings of the application of"double-qualified"teachers certification standards in vocational education at the municipal level in China.Based on Qian Xuesen's system engineering theory and the"Comprehensive Integration Seminar Hall System"framework,the study selects Shenzhen Western Vocational Education Group Vocational College and its cooperative enterprises as case research objects,and uses methods such as triangulation to explore and construct a municipal level"double-qualified"teachers certification standard operation system model that includes expert subsystems,certification subsystems,and knowledge subsystems.At the same time,this study proposes implementation strategies for three subsystems based on pilot experience,aiming to help grassroots education workers continuously optimize and empower the system according to their own situation,and explore a new path for building a"double-qualified"teachers team that meets the needs of high-quality development in the new era.
