摘 要:随着产教融合深入推进,产业教师队伍建设问题得到学界广泛关注。金劲彪等提出产业教师队伍建设困境破解之道,对推进中国式职业教育现代化发展具有重大理论与实践价值,但也存在值得商榷与补充的议题。“跨界”是职业教育的本质特征。为高质量推进产业教师队伍建设,文章运用“跨界”思维方法,从实然与应然层面,探析产业教师内涵特征、认定标准框架与入职培训路径。研究发现:产业教师是具备“双师素质”高层次职业教育兼职教师,其“跨界性”是其重要专业特质。“三阶段三层级三标准”产业教师认定标准的逻辑框架具有鲜明“跨界成长”特点,能引领产业教师“双师素质”从“被动拼接”到“融合贯通”再到“跨界融合”蜕变。为进一步提升产业教师队伍建设质量,促进产业教师专业成长,职业院校应开展“适应性-规范性-发展性”产业教师入职培训。With the in-depth promotion of the integration of industry and education,the issue of industrial teacher team building has received extensive attention from the academic community.Recently,Prof.Jin Jinbiao and others have proposed a way to solve the dilemma of industrial teacher team construction by drawing on the theory of"revolving door",which is of great theoretical and practical value to promote the modernization and development of Chinese-style vocational education,but there are some issues that are worthy of discussion and supplementation."Crossover"is the essential characteristic of vocational education.In order to promote the construction of industrial teachers with high quality,the article applies the thinking method of"cross-border"to analyze the connotative characteristics,the framework of recognition standards and the path of in-service training of industrial teachers from the actual and contingent levels.It is found that industrial teachers are part-time teachers of high-level vocational education with"double teacher quality",and"cross-boundary"is one of their important professional characteristics.In order to further improve the quality of industrial teacher team construction and promote the professional growth of industrial teachers,vocational colleges and universities should carry out"adaptive-standardized-developmental"training for new industrial teachers.
