摘  要:社群是汲取传统共同体智慧的可靠路径,有助于靶向扭转拔尖项目“强筛选”导致的浅表、高度竞争的同伴关系,营造“群行远”人才竞相涌现生态。通过对全国4所研究型大学的60名“拔尖计划2.0”学生访谈发现,“小社群”是“大班级”的重要补充,其凝聚力随年级升高逐渐超越“大班级”,支撑起拔尖群体的共同成长。宿舍、社团、研讨班和课题组是“小社群”的主要类型,共同承载拔尖生自我身份认同系统的个体意义部分。各类“小社群”的维系高度依赖少数杰出的“触发者”,个体闪光点带动群体特征的形成。鉴于“小社群”是化孤独为共同的建设性力量,建议将其作为观测拔尖创新人才培养的重要向度,为之提供正规制度支持,重视并激励作为“灿烂星空中耀眼明星”的“触发者”。Community is a reliable pathways to draw on the community wisdom of traditional education.It is helpful to target and reverse the superficial and highly competitive peer relationships caused by the highly screening of top-notch projects,and is good to create an ecosystem where"group travel far"talents compete to emerge.Through interviews with 60"Top notch Plan 2.0"students from four research universities across the country,it is found that"small communities"are important supplements to"big classes",and their cohesion gradually surpasses that of""big classes"as grades increase,thereby support the common growth of top students.Dormitories,discussion classes,research groups,and student unions are the main types of"small communities",and they form the individual meaning part of the top students'self-identity system.The sustenance of various""small communities"heavily relies on a few outstanding"triggers",where individual highlights spur the formation of group characteristics.Given that"small communities"serve as a constructive force transforming solitude into solidarity,it is recommended to consider them as a significant dimension for observing the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Providing formal institutional support for these communities is crucial,with particular emphasis on valuing and incentivizing the"triggers",who shine as"luminous stars in a resplendent cosmos",
