摘  要:通过重大科技创新联合攻关,“卡脖子”关键核心技术在实验室得以突破,但制约“卡脖子”技术关键难题在于其多场景应用通道没有打通,导致我国自主研发关键核心技术未能成长。以学术创业为研究对象,构建学术创业外驱力齿轮和内驱力齿轮双轮结构。从知识转移和知识共创两个维度揭示学术创业双轮啮合机理。基于双轮啮合机理创建学术创业双轮泵结构,从走出实验室和走进终端用户两阶段提出学术创业双轮泵驱动高校教师科研成果从“作茧自缚”到“破茧成蝶”蜕变机制。解决高校教师科研成果应用路径堵点和难点问题,跨越学术创业“死亡之谷”,助力“卡脖子”技术攻克。Through the joint research of major scientific and technological innovation,the key core technology of"stuck neck"has been broken through in the laboratory,but the key problem restricting"stuck neck"technology is that its multi-scene application path has not been opened,resulting in the key core technology of China's independent research and development has failed to grow.Taking academic entrepreneurship as the research object,this paper constructs the two-gear structure of academic entrepreneurship.From the two dimensions of knowledge transfer and knowledge co-creation,the meshing mechanism of the twin gears of academic entrepreneurship is revealed.The structure of the two-wheel pump for academic entrepreneurship is created,and the transformation of scientific research achievements of university teachers from"self-binding"to"breaking the cocoon into a butterfly"mechanism of the two-wheel pump for academic entrepreneurship driven is put forward from the two stages of leaving the laboratory and entering the end user.Through research,the blocking points and difficult problems on the multi-scenario application path of scientific research achievements of university teachers have been solved,and the"valley of death"of academic entrepreneurship has been crossed,helping the"stuck neck"technology to overcome and improving China's independent research and development innovation ability.
