摘 要:探究高校与企业协同培养工程博士生既是提升工程博士生培养质量的迫切需要,也是顺应技术领先战略的时代使命。深度访谈发现,校企协同培养工程博士生过程中存在企业参与程度偏低、导师组制度运行成效欠佳、系统性保障缺乏等困境。组织社会学视角审视发现:科学与技术难以融合共进导致合法性认同缺失、导师组制度配套不足造成制度化程序不完善、收益不确定与不均衡形成协商性交换难题等。基于此,提出确立基于工程项目推进科学与技术融合的合法性共识理念、健全导师组制度为运行核心的制度化程序、均衡校企双方责权与收益等突破路径。Exploring the collaborative training of engineering doctoral students between universities and enterprises is not only an urgent need to improve the quality of engineering doctoral student training,but also a mission in line with the technological leadership strategy of the times.By using the method of in-depth interviews,it was found that there are practical difficulties in the collaborative training of engineering doctoral students between schools and enterprises,such as low participation of enterprises,ineffective operation of the mentorship system,and lack of systematic support.Based on the perspective of organizational sociology,it is believed that the difficulty in integrating science and technology leads to a lack of legitimacy and recognition,insufficient corresponding support for the mentor-ship system results in incomplete institutionalized procedures,and the uncertainty and imbalance of benefits create difficulties in negotiating exchanges.Based on this,it is proposed to establish a consensus on the legitimacy of promoting the integration of science and technology through engineering projects,establish a systematic procedure centered on the mentor group system,and balance the responsibilities,rights,and benefits of both schools and enterprises as well as other breakthrough paths.
