摘  要:消化道肿瘤,包括食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌等,在我国具有很高发病率与死亡率,严重威胁着人们的身体健康。近年来,消化道微生物在维持肠道健康中的作用越来越受重视,众多研究证据表明一些有害微生物,如幽门螺杆菌、具核梭杆菌、产毒素脆弱拟杆菌、粪肠球菌等具有促进消化道肿瘤发生的作用,其机制涉及细胞增殖信号通路激活、诱发炎症反应或引起DNA损伤突变等。本综述根据近期消化道肿瘤相关微生物的最新研究进展,针对性地总结归纳了几种重要有害微生物的促癌机制研究,旨在为全面阐明消化道肿瘤的相关微生物发病机制,为基于微生物的肿瘤诊断和治疗靶点开发提供思路。Gastrointestinal tumors,including esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,and colorectal cancer,have high incidence and mortality rates in China,posing a serious threat to people's health.In recent years,the role of gut microbiota in maintaining intestinal health has received increasing attention.Numerous research studies have shown that certain harmful microorganisms,such as Helicobacter pylori,Fusobacterium nucleatum,Enterotoxigenic bacteroides fragilis,and Enterococcus faecalis,can promote the development of gastrointestinal tumors.The mechanisms involved include activation of cell proliferation signaling pathways,induction of inflammatory responses,or causing DNA damage and mutations.This review summarizes the latest research on microorganisms associated with gastrointestinal tumors,focusing on the carcinogenic mechanisms of several key harmful microorganisms.The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the microbial pathogenesis of gastrointestinal tumors and to offer insights for developing microbial-based diagnostic and therapeutic targets for cancer.
