摘　　要：目的探究微信平台的分段式健康教育在淋巴瘤患者行PICC置管化疗中的管理效果。方法选取2022年1~8月期间广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的160例行PICC置管化疗的淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,按照患者就诊顺序分成对照组和观察组,每组80例,对照组采取常规的健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上应用微信平台的分段式健康教育护理。比较两组患者干预前后PICC自我管理情况、PICC知识认知评分、导管相关并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者PICC自我管理情况和PICC知识认知评分高于对照组,而导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对淋巴瘤患者在健康教育中应用微信平台的分段式健康教育,可有效提升患者的导管自我管理水平,增强PICC知识认知水平,降低导管并发症发生率,值得临床进一步推广使用。ObjectiveTo explore the management effect of segmented health education on WeChat platform in patients with lymphoma undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization chemotherapy.MethodsA total of 160 lymphoma patients undergoing PICC catheterization chemotherapy admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group was additionally provided with the segmented health education and nursing on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The PICC self-management,PICC knowledge cognition score and the incidence of catheter-related complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.ResultsAfter intervention,the PICC self-management and PICC knowledge cognition scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the incidence of catheter-related complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe segmented health education and nursing for lymphoma patients on WeChat platform can effectively improve the self-management level of patients with catheters,enhance the concept of hope,and reduce the incidence of catheter complications.It is worthy of further promotion and use in clinic.
