摘  要:目的鉴别诃子、毛诃子、余甘子及测定其中4种共有成分的含量。方法以没食子酸对照品及以诃子、毛诃子、余甘子对照药材为双对照,用TLC法鉴别诃子、毛诃子、余甘子;采用HPLC法测定诃子、毛诃子和余甘子中4种共有类成分含量,采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长270 nm,进样量5μL。结果诃子、毛诃子、余甘子的TLC图谱各斑点分离度较高、差异显著;诃子、毛诃子中4种共有含量较余甘子高。结论所用TLC鉴别方法具有良好的重复性,能较为准确和快速地鉴别藏药三果;3种药材中4种共有成分含量差异较大。OBJECTIVE To identificate common compenents of Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus and Phyllanthi Fructus by TLC method,and to determine their contents.METHODS TLC was used to identify Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus and Phyllanthi Fructus with gallic acid as the control and the reference herbs of Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus and Phyllanthi Fructus as the double control.HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of four common components in Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus and Phyllanthi Fructus.Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%aqueous phosphoric acid(gradient elution).The column temperature was set at 30℃;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^(-1),and the injection volume was 5μL.RESULTS The TLC profiles of the Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus and Phyllanthi Fructus showed high separation and significant differences in each spot.,and the contents of the four common components in Chebulae Fructus,Terminaliae belliricae Fructus was higher than those of Phyllanthi Fructus as determined by HPLC.CONCLUSION The TLC method has good reproducibility and can identify the three fruits of Chinese and Tibetan medicine accurately and rapidly.The content of the four shared components of the three herbs varies greatly.
