公共图书馆满意度评价指标的客观权重挖掘方法研究——基于线性方程的最小二乘解理论

摘　　要：一直以来,公共图书馆开展满意度调查普遍仅体现在满意率的分析上,而鲜有体现各评价指标对公共图书馆的综合评价影响的研究。文章通过运用最小二乘解理论,利用MATLAB软件计算得出满意度调查问卷各指标的客观权重值。最小二乘解理论计算指标权重,易于习得,其设计特点需在问卷中单独设一项“综合评价”作为计算依据。评价指标的客观权重,直接反映了问卷设计的科学性及各指标问题的重要性和优先级,在指导图书馆发展和决策中,发挥着不可忽视的作用,该方法为权重赋值研究提供了一种可行性方案。Public libraries have traditionally conducted satisfaction surveys primarily focusing on satisfaction rates,with few studies examining the impact of various evaluation indicators on the comprehensive assessment of libraries.This paper applies the least squares solution theory and uses MATLAB software to calculate the objective weight for each indicator in the satisfaction survey.The least squares method for calculating indicator weights is easy to learn,and its design requires a specific"comprehensive evaluation"item in the questionnaire as a basis for calculation.The objective weight of the evaluation indicators directly reflects the scientific validity of the questionnaire design and the importance and priority of each indicator,playing a crucial role in guiding library development and decision-making.This method provides a feasible approach for weight assignment research.
