摘　　要：强脉冲光(IPL)是一种新兴的光学疗法,自20世纪初首次发现其在干眼治疗中的应用价值以来逐渐受到眼科医师的关注。近年来,随着IPL技术的不断发展应用,其在眼表疾病的应用范围不断扩展,现已成为睑板腺功能障碍及其相关干眼、蠕形螨睑缘炎、睑板腺囊肿、睑缘炎相关角结膜病变以及过敏性结膜炎等眼表疾病治疗的重要手段。随着对IPL治疗机制的深入研究以及大量临床研究的开展,IPL治疗眼表疾病的方案更加规范化和标准化,未来有望在眼表疾病应用方面取得新的进展。Intense pulsed light(IPL)is an emerging form of optical therapy that has gradually gained the attention of ophthalmologists since its initial discovery in the early 20th century for its application value in the treatment of dry eye.In recent years,with the continuous development and application of IPL technology,its scope of application in ocular surface diseases has been expanding.It has now become an important treatment method for various ocular surface diseases,including meibomian gland dysfunction and its associated dry eye,demodex blepharitis,chalazion,eyelid margin inflammation-related conjunctival lesions,and allergic conjunctivitis.With in-depth research into the mechanisms of IPL treatment and the unfolding of numerous clinical studies,IPL treatment protocols for ocular surface diseases have become more standardized and regulated.There is a promising future for further progress in the application of IPL in ocular surface diseases.
