对半夏泻心汤“以补为消”学术思想的探讨

摘　　要：半夏泻心汤始见于《伤寒杂病论》,该方组方精炼,各药配伍深邃,具有消补并使、辛开苦降同用的配伍特点,主治因中气虚损,导致中焦寒热失调所致的心下痞满、按之柔软不痛。同时以半夏泻心汤为基础方另外两首泻心汤,或加生姜健胃化饮,或加重炙甘草量温中补虚,皆是补运中气、脾升胃降恢复则中焦失常产生的症状消失,体现“以补为消”思想,此法对后世脾胃病的治疗具有启迪意义。Banxia Xiexin Decoction was first seen in the“Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases”,this prescription is refined,the combination of various medicines is profound,and it has the compatibility characteristics of eliminating and replenishing and making and reducing hardship and hardship,and the main treatment is due to the deficiency of the middle qi,resulting in the heart full of scorching cold and heat imbalance,and it is soft and impassable;at the same time,the other two Xiexin Decoctions based on Banxia Xiexin Decoction are used as the basis,or ginger is added to strengthen the stomach and drink,or the temperature of the boiled licorice is increased to replenish the deficiency,all of which are to replenish the middle qi,and the spleen rises and the stomach decreases to recover,and the symptoms caused by the central focus disorder disappear,reflecting the“supplement for elimination”This method has enlightening significance for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in later generations.
