摘 要:目的:建立藏药香旱芹的质量控制方法。方法:对香旱芹进行显微特征鉴别,采用薄层色谱法对阿魏酸进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC测定阿魏酸和绿原酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰;阿魏酸、绿原酸在0.0042~0.420 mg、0.0127~1.272 mg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、操作简便,可用于香旱芹的定性及定量分析,为其质量标准的研究与提高提供了实验基础。Objective To establish a quality control method for Cuminum cyminum.Method Identification of fragrant celery and qualitative identification of ferulic acid using thin-layer chromatography(TLC);HPLC was used to determine the content of ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid.Result Clear spots in thin-layer chromatography;Ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid have a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.0042 mg to 0.420 mg and 0.0127 mg to 1.272 mg.Conclusion This method has strong specificity,high sensitivity,and simple operation,and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of celery,providing an experimental basis for the study and improvement of its quality standards.
