摘 要:在当今“互联网+”时代,探讨互联网与传统媒体融合能否增强媒体报道在资本市场中的价值创造及治理功能具有重要意义。本文考察了媒体环境报道对企业绿色创新的影响及互联网对媒体这一治理功能的“扩音器”效应。研究发现,媒体环境报道显著提高了企业绿色创新水平,且互联网能够增强媒体环境报道对企业绿色创新的积极影响,但会弱化媒体环境报道对企业污染治理的正向作用。这表明,互联网与传统媒体的融合会激励企业更倾向于选择长期绿色创新的发展方式,而非采取治理当期污染的短视策略。机制分析表明,互联网加剧了媒体环境报道所引发的监管风险和公众舆论压力,这是倒逼污染企业进行绿色创新的两条潜在渠道。此外,互联网对媒体环境报道绿色创新治理功能的“扩音器”效应在非国有和非政治关联企业中表现更明显。本研究拓展了媒体报道文献的研究视角,揭示了互联网对传统媒体资本市场价值创造及治理模式的深刻影响。As an efficient communication tool,the internet has fundamentally transformed the modes of information dissemination,playing a unique role distinct from traditional media in terms of speed,coverage,and network effects.On one hand,the internet,leveraging broadband technology,effectively transcends the geographical and physical constraints inherent in traditional media,enabling information to diffuse across significantly broader spatial and temporal dimensions.This capability enhances both the speed and reach of information dissemination,thereby substantially improving the immediacy and extensiveness of media communication.On the other hand,the inherent network properties of the internet intensify the“chain reaction”effect in information diffusion,fostering an environment where information undergoes rapid and widespread fermentation,ultimately generating formidable waves of public opinion.This amplification mechanism garners heightened societal attention,subsequently engendering increased regulatory risks and intensified public scrutiny.Consequently,within the broader context of the“Internet+”era,the deepening integration of the internet with traditional media is poised to fundamentally alter the conventional processes of information creation and dissemination.This transformation is expected to have far-reaching implications,particularly for the value creation and governance functions of media within capital markets.Given this,this paper takes media environmental reporting and corporate green innovation as the entry point to examine the impact of media environmental reporting on corporate green innovation and the“amplifier”effect of the internet on this governance function of media.The reasons for choosing them as research objects are as follows.First,China’s economic trajectory is currently transitioning from a phase of rapid expansion to an era of high-quality development,wherein green development constitutes a pivotal component of the national development strategy.The report of the 20th National Co
