摘 要:近年来,组织关系及其协同演化成为裂变创业研究的重点,然而尽管现有研究针对裂变视角下商业生态系统构建与重塑等问题进行了探讨,却忽视了价值共创这个重要前提和关键动力。本文以机会—资源一体化为透镜,对海尔与源自“海尔系”的两家裂变新创企业实现价值共创的路径进行探究,归纳出一体化交互、匹配式连接与适应性重构三个关键环节。同时,基于不同裂变情境提炼出两条独特路径:互补型裂变创业通过资源驱动一体化、供应链群连接和内生能力重构的路径实现价值共创,具有“聚核式”共创特点;创新型裂变创业通过机会驱动一体化、产业集群连接和外拓能力重构的路径实现价值共创,具有“触点式”共创特点。本文揭示了裂变创业价值共创的三个关键环节和两条独特路径,对新创企业与母体企业如何在裂变创业过程中实现协同共创具有一定启发意义。As a fundamental entrepreneurial approach,spin-off entrepreneurship enables start-ups to inherit essential resources such as technology,experience,and human capital from the parent company,thereby demonstrating a more competitive advantage.This close interdependence between start-ups and parent companies is a distinctive feature that sets spin-off entrepreneurship apart from other forms of entrepreneurship.Consequently,the examination of inter-organizational relationships has been a central focus in spin-off entrepreneurship research.However,while existing studies have preliminarily discussed the inter-organizational relationships in spin-off entrepreneurship from the perspective of building and reshaping the business ecosystem,they primarily concentrate on single corporate strategic activities of either the parent enterprise or new ventures,with most focusing on the advantages of new ventures in spin-off entrepreneurship.Rarely do these studies delve into the value interaction and co-creation between the two entities.In entrepreneurship research,opportunities and resources are intrinsically linked,and the identification and utilization of resources must be combined with matching opportunities to create value.Previous studies have demonstrated that value co-creation enhances entrepreneurial value performance by improving the integration efficiency of opportunity development and resource utilization.Therefore,the perspective of opportunity-resource integration provides a unique and consistent framework for systematically and comprehensively interpreting the process of spin-off entrepreneurial value co-creation.This paper conducts a comparative study of two spin-off startups,Thunderobot and Ririshun,both originating from“Haier”.Using the integration of opportunities and resources as the starting point,this paper identifies three key links of spin-off value co-creation:integration interaction,matching connection,and adaptive reconstruction,along with two spin-off co-creation paths under the premise of matching v
