摘 要:混合型组织近20余年在组织与管理研究领域受到密切关注,学者们从不同研究层次围绕其前因、机会与挑战、回应策略等议题进行了丰富讨论,但缺乏系统性回顾和分析基础上的理论整合,难以厘清现有研究的整体发展脉络和逻辑关系。本文通过对相关文献的考察,从制度逻辑的元理论视角,按照研究主题(前因、挑战—机会、回应策略)及研究层次(个体/群体、组织和场域)进行分类和总结,分别讨论了导致混合型组织内部制度复杂性的制度渗透机制和内部表征机制、混合型组织面临的独特挑战和机会,以及将混合型组织面临的紧张关系视为“问题”或“动力”两种取向下的回应策略。在此基础上,本文提出一个整合性分析框架来刻画这些研究间的逻辑关系,并在总结当前研究不足和发展趋势的基础上,讨论了未来可能的研究方向和议题。Hybrid organizations,which combine distinct and often contradictory organizational elements,have garnered significant attention in organizational and management studies over the past two decades.This paper offers a systematic review of existing research on hybrid organizations.By analyzing and synthesizing relevant literature,it identifies key trends and patterns within the field.One notable observation is that research on hybrid organizations is characterized by multiple theoretical perspectives and varying research levels.However,much of this research remains fragmented,often focusing on a narrow theme,level,or aspect,leading to a lack of comprehensive reviews.Many existing reviews oversimplify classifications and primarily focus on describing phenomena at a superficial level,offering little theoretical depth or integration of diverse perspectives.This paper seeks to address these gaps by proposing a more synthesized analytical framework for understanding hybrid organizations.Adopting the institutional logic perspective as a meta-theory,this paper organizes the research on hybrid organizations into three interrelated themes:(1)the emergence and internal dynamics of hybrid organizations,(2)the opportunities and challenges faced by hybrid organizations,and(3)the strategies and solutions employed by these organizations.These themes interact and influence each other.The antecedents,or initial conditions,of a hybrid organization shape the challenges and opportunities it faces,which in turn affect its strategic decisions.Over time,these strategic actions can alter both the internal structure and the external environment of the organization,influencing the very factors and mechanisms that initially shaped its emergence.Moreover,the paper organizes the research based on three levels of analysis:the field,the organization,and the group/individual.This multi-level framework allows for a more nuanced understanding of how hybrid organizations operate within different contexts and at various stages of development.In the sec
