摘　　要：基于实际工作经验,分析了三相异步电动机常见的故障,如绕组故障(绕组接地、绕组短路和绕组断路)、轴承故障(润滑不良和轴承失效)和振动故障(连接结构松动和转子不平衡)。针对这些故障,提出了具体且实用的对策,旨在确保三相异步电动机的正常运行,提高生产效率,并有效延长电动机的使用寿命。Based on the author's practical work experience,this article deeply analyzes the common faults of three-phase asynchronous motors,such as winding faults(winding grounding,winding short circuit and winding open circuit),bearing faults(poor lubrication and bearing failure)and vibration faults(loose connection structure and rotor imbalance).In response to these faults,this article proposes specific and practical measures aimed at ensuring the normal operation of three-phase asynchronous motors,improving production efficiency,and effectively extending the service life of the motors.
