摘　　要：民国时期社会背景纷繁复杂,中西文化的交锋带来思想和知识领域的激烈碰撞,法学出版事业由此迎来了历史发展机遇。民国时期法学出版事业的历史发展既能反映中国法律命运的演化,也能反映中国近代社会发展的变迁。分析该时期各阶段出版的法学成果,具有出版地点集中化、出版主体多元化、出版内容多样化等特点。民国时期法学出版物对于人民群众的思想启蒙、法学学科教育发展和社会进步都具有重要作用。The social background during the period of the Republic of China was extremely complex and intricate.The confrontation between Chinese and Western cultures brought about intense collisions in the fields of ideology and knowledge,and thus the publishing industry of legal studies ushered in historical development opportunities.The historical development of the publishing industry of legal studies during the period of the Republic of China can not only reflect the evolution of the fate of Chinese law but also the changes in the development of modern Chinese society.An analysis of the legal achievements published in various stages of this period reveals characteristics such as the centralization of publishing locations,the diversification of publishing entities,and the variety of publishing contents.The legal publications during the period of the Republic of China played an important role in the ideological enlightenment of the people,the development of legal discipline education,and social progress.
