摘  要:闸阀具有启闭阻力小、流动阻力小等优点,广泛应用于核电厂中,但已出现多起启闭力矩设计不合理的运行经验反馈。启闭力矩过大可能导致阀杆弯曲或传动螺纹连接失效,启闭力矩过小则可能会导致闸阀无法启闭。在工程应用中,依据设计规范计算的启闭力矩数值常过于保守,而详细建模计算中需要考虑加载速率、摩擦系数等参数的影响,同时这些参数存在一定的不确定性,精确计算难度大、成本高。目前,急需一套可靠、便捷的闸阀启闭力矩计算方法。本文提出了一套“三级精度”闸阀启闭力矩计算方法,具体包含“依规计算”方法、“建模计算”方法和“统计预测”方法,并开发出相应的计算专用软件工具,经在实际中应用,证明了其满足工程应用要求,可为后续相关工程实践提供参考。Gate valves which are widely used in nuclear power plants have some advantages,such as small opening and closing resistance,small flow resistance.But they have appeared a number of unreasonable operation experience feedback of the opening and closing torque design.The gate valve opening and closing torque is too large which may lead to stem bending or drive thread connection failure,the opening and closing torque is too small which may lead to the gate valve cannot open and close.In engineering applications,the results calculated according to the design specifications are often too conservative,and detailed modeling calculations need to take into account the impact of loading rate,friction coefficient and other parameters,and there is a certain degree of uncertainty in these parameters,and it is difficult to achieve accurate calculations,the cost is high,and there is an urgent need for a set of reliable and convenient calculation methods for the opening and closing torque of gate valves.The study proposes a set of“three-level precision”gate valve opening and closing torque calculation method,which contains“according to the rules of the calculation”method,“modeling calculation”method,“statistical prediction”method,and“statistical prediction”method,and develop the corresponding calculation of special software tools,the practilar application prores that it can meet the requirements of engineering application,and can provide reference for subsequent engineering practice.
