摘 要:推进电机是船舶电力推进系统的重要组成部分,通常具有低速大扭矩、可控性好、比功率高、高效节能、振动噪声小、可靠性高等技术特点,目前永磁同步电机在船舶电力推进行业市场上占据绝对优势,开绕组永磁同步电机在船舶电力推进系统中应用较广泛,但未见其在无人水下航行器(Unmanned Underwater Vehicle,UUV)中的应用案例。创新地将开绕组永磁同步电机应用于在某无人水下航行器电力推进系统中,给出了推进电机的基本电磁方案及外形结构,着重分析了开绕组电机的矢量控制拓扑结构、零序电流抑制及滤波方法,结合水下航行器的实航数据,验证了开绕组永磁同步电机在UUV电力推进中的可行性。The propulsion motor is an important component of the ship’s electric propulsion system,usually characterized by low-speed high torque,good controllability,high specific power,high efficiency and energy saving,low vibration and noise and high reliability.Currently,PMSMs have an absolute advantage in the market of ship’s electric propulsion industry.Open winding PMSMs are widely used in ship’s electric propulsion system,but there is no application case of them in UUVs.The pioneering application of open winding PMSM in certain UUV electric propulsion system was introduced,the basic electromagnetic scheme and structure of the propulsion motor was presented and the vector control topology structure,zero sequence current suppression and filtering method of the open winding motor were focused.Combined with underwater test data of the UUV,the feasibility of the open winding motor in UUV electric propulsion was verified.
