积极心理学融入高校思想政治教育的策略

摘　　要：积极心理学作为一门关于人的潜能和美德的科学,包含积极的情绪体验、积极的人格特质、积极的社会组织系统等内容,其与思想政治教育在人文关怀上具有一致性、在教育目标上具有相通性、在教育功能上具有互补性。通过分析积极心理学与思想政治教育之间的内在关系,以及积极心理学融入思想政治教育的意义,提出“强化以人为本理念、发挥教师主导功能、丰富思政教育内容、增强思政教育方法积极体验”融入策略,以期培养当代大学生的积极心理品质,塑造身心健康、人格健全、价值观正确的时代新人。As a science about human potential and virtue,positive psychology contains positive emotional experience,positive personality traits,positive social organization system and so on.It is consistent with ideological and political education in humanistic care,interlinked in educational goal,and complementary in educational function.Through the analysis of the internal relationship between positive psychology and ideological and political education,and the significance of integrating positive psychology into ideological and political education,strategies of“strengthening people-oriented concept,playing the teacher leading function,enriching ideological education content,enhancing ideological education method positive experience”are put forward,in order to cultivate the positive psychological quality of contemporary college students,shaping new talents of the times with physical and mental health,sound personality,correct values.
