摘 要:新质生产力以创新为核心,符合新的发展理念,是一种先进的生产力形态,它具备知识前沿与技术密集的特征,能够拓宽可利用生产要素的边界,并且对高素质劳动力有着迫切需求。黑龙江旅游新质生产力的发展与生成,离不开高质量旅游专业人才培养。立足新质生产力发展背景,以龙江高职旅游类专业人才培养模式研究为核心,探究其课程设置、产教融合、师资力量以及综合评估机制上的现实瓶颈,采取“教育+科技”课程体系、践行“五链”产教融合模式、破解师资薄弱难题以及建立完善的评估体系等措施,优化龙江高职旅游类专业人才培育实践路径,以此为黑龙江旅游新质生产力发展提供高质量专业人才支持与培养模式借鉴。The new quality productivity is a productivity state that is innovation-oriented and in line with the new development concept.It is characterized by being knowledge cutting-edge and technology-intensive,expanding the scope of available production factors,and requiring high-quality labor.Under this background,the development and generation of new quality productivity in Heilongjiang tourism cannot be separated from the cultivation of high-quality tourism professionals.Based on the development background of new quality productivity,this study focuses on the research on the talent cultivation model of tourism professionals in Longjiang vocational colleges,explores the actual bottlenecks in curriculum setting,industry-education integration,faculty strength,and comprehensive evaluation mechanism,and optimizes the practical path of cultivating tourism professionals in Heilongjiang vocational colleges around the“education+technology”curriculum system,practicing the“five-chain”industry-education integration model,solving the problem of weak faculty,and establishing a sound evaluation system.This will provide high-quality professional talent support and training model reference for the development of new quality productivity in Heilongjiang tourism.
