摘  要:以杭州湾跨海铁路大桥主墩双壁钢围堰为工程背景,设计不同刃脚结构形式的钢围堰模型,采用加载板、传力柱和机械千斤顶对地层施加竖向压力模拟上覆土层自重,开展模型试验,监测加载荷载、下沉深度和土压力,研究刃脚角度、开闭口刃脚以及上覆土层深度对围堰下沉阻力的影响。结果表明:加载前期围堰下沉阻力随刃脚角度的降低而降低,刃脚角度小的围堰更易下沉;随着刃脚角度的降低,极限下沉阻力先增加后降低,且均高于无刃脚情况的极限下沉阻力,刃脚角度15°时极限下沉阻力最大;设置刃脚更利于围堰初始下沉,但未能降低围堰极限下沉阻力;刃脚结构由闭口变为开口,下沉阻力明显降低;随着上覆土层深度的增加,土体极限承载力增加,对围堰下沉的阻挡作用提升,围堰下沉阻力明显增加。Taking the double-wall steel cofferdam of the main pier of the Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Railway Bridge as the engineering background,steel models with different cutting curb structure forms were designed.Loading plates,transmission columns,and mechanical jacks were used to apply vertical pressure to the soil to simulate the weight of the overlying soil layer.Model tests were conducted.The loading load,sinking depth,and soil pressure were monitored.The effects of cutting curb angle,open and closed cutting curb,and overlying depth on the sinking resistance of sunken shafts were studied.The results show that the sinking resistance of the steel decreases with the decrease of the cutting curb angle in the early stage of loading,and the steel with a smaller cutting curb angle is more prone to sinking.As the cutting curb angle decreases,the ultimate sinking resistance first increases and then decreases,all of which are higher than the ultimate sinking resistance without the cutting curb,and the maximum ultimate sinking resistance occurs when the blade foot angle is 15°.Setting the cutting curb is more conducive to the initial sinking of the caisson,but it does not reduce the ultimate sinking resistance.Changing the cutting curb structure from closed to open significantly reduces the sinking resistance of the steel cofferdam.As the depth of the overlying soil layer increases,the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil increases,and the blocking effect on the sinking of the caisson is enhanced,resulting in a significant increase in the sinking resistance.
