摘 要:本文针对高速铁路线路维修关键技术指标,通过现场调研、理论计算和资料汇总分析,开展了钢轨、扣件、无砟道床、道岔等高速铁路线路设备维修关键技术指标研究,提出了相应指标的优化建议值。研究优化了钢轨轻重伤标准和预防性打磨周期;建议无砟轨道弹性垫板静刚度限值为60 kN/mm,有砟轨道为120 kN/mm;增加了道床板离缝评价指标及离缝评价项目“面积比”;提出了轨道冲击指数和波磨指数的优化评判分级标准,非道岔区轨道冲击指数大于等于8.0时偏差等级为Ⅱ级,轨道冲击指数在[0.6,8.0)时,偏差等级为Ⅰ级。研究成果可为高速铁路线路维修关键技术指标的制定及维护技术的发展与应用提供理论和技术支撑。This paper focuses on the key technical indicators for the maintenance of high speed railway lines.Through on-site investigations,theoretical calculations and data summary analysis,it conducts research on the key technical indicators for the maintenance of high speed railway line equipment such as rails,fasteners,ballastless track beds,and turnouts.It proposes optimized recommended values for these indicators.The study optimizes the standards for light and severe damage of rails and the preventive grinding cycle.It suggests that the static stiffness limit of elastic pads for ballasted track is 60 kN/mm,and that for ballastless track is 120 kN/mm.It adds the evaluation index for track bed board crack separation and the evaluation item“area ratio”for crack separation evaluation.It proposes optimized evaluation classification standards for track impact index and wave wear index.When the track impact index in non turnout area is equal and more than 8.0,the deviation grade is GradeⅡ.When track impact index at[0.6,0,8),the deviation grade is Grade I.The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for the formulation of key technical indicators for high speed railway line maintenance and the development and application of maintenance technologies.
