重载铁路钢轨高接头轮轨动力学响应特征

摘  要:为研究重载铁路钢轨高接头轮轨动力学响应特征,在某重载铁路线路开展27~40 t轴重重载列车作用下钢轨焊接接头性能试验,对接头平直度和动力性能进行了测试。结果表明:经过重载试验,钢轨焊接接头低塌量远低于修理限值;平直度为0.50~1.0 mm/1 m高接头的脱轨系数、轮轴横向力等安全性参数均满足安全限值,但其平直度高点值越大,安全裕量越小;轴重每提高1 t,焊接接头轮轨垂向力增大约5 kN;对于平直度大于0.5 mm/1 m但小于1.0 mm/1 m的高接头,当轴重不大于35 t、速度不超过80 km/h时,或轴重为35 t、速度不超过70 km/h时,轮轨垂向力可满足UIC 518标准要求。建议我国重载铁路轮轨垂向力限值参考UIC 518;建议27~40 t轴重重载铁路钢轨焊接接头平直度高点值控制在0.5 mm以内。To study the dynamic response characteristics of wheel-rail high joints in heavy haul railway tracks,the performance tests were conducted on welded joints of rails under the action of 27~40 t axle load heavy haul trains on a certain heavy haul railway line.The flatness and dynamic performance of the joints were tested.The results show that after heavy load testing,the low collapse of the rail welded joint is much lower than the repair limit.The derailment coefficient and lateral force of the wheel axle of the high joint with a flatness of 0.50~1.0 mm/1 m all meet the safety limits,but the higher the flatness peak value,the smaller the safety margin will be.For every 1 ton increasing in axle load,the vertical force on the welded joint wheel rail is increased by approximately 5 kN.For high joints with a flatness which is greater than 0.5 mm/1 m but less than 1.0 mm/1 m,when the axle load is not greater than 35 t and the speed does not exceed 80 km/h,or when the axle load is 35 t and the speed does not exceed 70 km/h,the wheel-rail vertical force can meet the requirements of UIC 518 standard.It is suggested that the limit value of the wheel-rail vertical force of heavy haul railways in China can refer to UIC 518.It is recommended to control the high point value of the flatness for the welded joint of railway rails with a heavy load of 27~40 t axle at less than 0.5 mm.
