摘  要:武汉地铁6号线主要采用DTⅥ2型扣件,自开通运营后持续出现弹条异常断裂情况,最严重时出现弹条飞溅现象。本文通过现场调研、弹条性能室内试验及现场动态测试等手段,揭示了弹条异常断裂的原因,对现场病害治理有指导意义。调研和试验结果表明:弹条异常断裂主要集中在曲线地段,且断裂弹条生产来源较为集中;断裂弹条疲劳源区可见明显宏观压痕;小半径曲线弹条所受位移载荷远大于直线段;当列车通过时小半径曲线地段时,其扣件弹条疲劳服役状态恶劣,同时弹条存在一定程度的制造缺陷,最终导致弹条异常断裂。The Wuhan Metro Line 6 mainly uses DTⅥ2 type fasteners,and since its opening and operation,there have been continuous occurrences of abnormal breakage of elastic bars,with the most severe cases being splashing of elastic bars.This article revealed the causes of abnormal breakage of elastic bars through on-site research,indoor testing of elastic bars performance,and on-site dynamic testing,which has guiding significance for on-site disease control.The research and experimental results indicate that the abnormal fracture of the elastic strip is mainly concentrated in curved sections,and the production sources of the fractured elastic bars are relatively concentrated.Obvious macroscopic indentation can be seen in the fatigue source area of the fractured elastic bars.The displacement load on the small radius curve spring bar is much greater than that on the straight line segment.When the train passes through a small radius curve section,the fatigue service state of its fastening spring is poor,and there are certain manufacturing defects in the elastic bars,which ultimately leads to abnormal fracture of the elastic bars.
