无砟轨道桥面防水层修补用材料附着力试验研究

摘  要:CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道结构的混凝土桥面采用喷涂聚脲防水层。在运营阶段,部分区段的聚脲防水层逐渐出现了黄变、龟裂、剥离、起鼓、破裂等问题,病害的清理和整治工作已逐步开展,但病害防水层清理后的修补技术,目前尚处于探索研究阶段。本文结合现有相关技术、经验,围绕不同底涂料和防水层组合形成的两层和三层修补构造,以附着力为主要评价指标对修补体系自身性能及其与原有聚脲防水层搭接效果展开了研究。研究结果表明:由双组分聚氨酯类底涂和HPU-R型聚氨酯材料形成的双层构造,工艺便捷、防水和黏结性能较好,更适合混凝土桥面防水层的修补。The concrete bridge deck of the CRTSⅡ-type ballastless track structure adopts spraying polyurea waterproof layer.In the operation stage,the polyurea waterproof layer in some sections gradually have appeared yellowing,cracking,stripping,drum,rupture and other problems.It has attracted the attention of bridge maintenance departments.The cleaning and remediation work of waterproof layer has been carried out.The repair technology after cleaning the diseased waterproof layer is still in the exploration and research stage.Based on the existing relevant technologies and experiences,this paper focuses on the two layers and three layers of repairing structure formed by the combination of different bottom coating and waterproof layer,and also studied the performance of the repairing system and the overlapping effect with the original polyurea waterproof layer.The research results indicate that the double-layer structure formed by two-component polyurethane primer and HPU-R polyurethane material has convenient process,good waterproof and adhesive properties,and is more suitable for repairing the waterproof layer of concrete bridge deck.
