摘 要:延安东绕城高速公路上跨包头—西安铁路、西安—延安高铁主桥采用(70+70)m预应力混凝土T构,主墩高57 m。为减少桥梁施工对既有普速铁路、高速铁路影响,采用转铰设在墩身位置施工。大吨位超高墩T构转体施工受力复杂,安全问题尤其值得重视。本文通过理论研究和建立实体模型,对转体过程中桥梁抗倾覆性、转铰设在墩身不同位置对结构的影响、墩身后浇带结构设计等进行分析,确定大吨位超高墩转铰设在墩身的合理位置。研究结果表明:大吨位超高墩T构转铰设在墩底时桥梁抗倾覆安全储备不足,建议转铰设在墩身;根据有限元分析结果,确定转铰设在距墩顶5 m处;T构转体墩身后浇段采用H型有效解决了转铰上下转盘连接受力问题。The main bridge of the Yan’an East Ring Expressway,which crosses the Baotou-Xi’an Railway and the Xi’an-Yan’an high speed railway,adopts a(70+70)m prestressed concrete T-shaped structure with a main pier height of 57 m.In order to reduce the impact of bridge construction on existing ordinary speed railways and high speed railways,the construction is carried out by rotating the hinges at the pier body.The large-tonnage ultra-high pier T-shaped structure has complex forces during the rotation process,and safety issues deserve special attention.This article analyzed and studies the anti-overturning performance of the bridge during the rotation process,the impact of rotating hinges at different locations on the structure,and the design of post-cast strip structures behind the pier body through theoretical research and the establishment of a solid model.The results of the study indicate that when the largetonnage ultra-high pier T-shaped structure is rotated at the bottom of the pier,there is insufficient safety reserve for the bridge to resist overturning,and it is recommended to rotate the hinges at the pier body.According to the results of finite element analysis,it is determined that the hinges should be located 5 m away from the top of the pier.The H-shaped structure used in the rotating post-cast section of the T-shaped structure effectively solves the problem of connecting forces between the upper and lower rotating plates of the rotating hinges.
