摘　　要：针对某重载铁路隧道出现的基底沉降问题,通过现场调研和探测,分析了病害成因。依托基于钢垫梁的隧道基底拆换整治技术,研发了一款新型移动式轻质龙门吊,提出了重载铁路隧道基底结构拆换技术并进行了工程应用。结果表明:通过三维地震成像技术检测发现,病害区段围岩裂隙发育,隧底围岩不密实,导致结构存在渗水风险和脱空问题;重载铁路隧道基底结构拆换技术基于重新设计的钢垫梁架空结构,采用跳槽开挖方式,可实现不中断行车条件下多个病害区段的同步施工;轻质龙门吊作为高效的钢垫梁倒运装备,经室内加载试验发现满足承载要求;同传统装备相比,轻质龙门吊具有轻质高强、降本增效、操控便捷、节省作业时间等优点。In view of the foundation settlement disease of a heavy haul railway tunnel,this paper analyzed the causes of the disease through field investigation and detection.A new type of lightweight gantry crane was developed on the basis of the steel cushion beam technology of subgrade structure replacement of railway tunnels.The subgrade structure replacement technology of heavy haul railway tunnel was proposed and applied in engineering.The results show that according to true reflection tomography(TRT)technology,the cracks are developed in the surrounding rock and the surrounding rock at the bottom of the tunnel is not dense,which lead to the existence of seepage risk and void problem.The subgrade structure of replacement technology of the heave haul railway tunnel utilizes the redesigned steel cushion beam,and adopts the slot-hopping excavation method which can realize the synchronous construction of multiple disease sections.As an efficient steel cushion beam reverse transportation equipment,the lightweight gantry crane meets the bearing requirements through indoor loading test.Compared with traditional equipment,it has the characteristics of light weight,high strength,cost reduction and efficiency increase,convenient operation and time saving.
