摘 要:单一模式盾构机在复合地层中掘进时存在施工风险,而泥水/土压双模盾构(简称双模盾构)则面临选取模式转换点的问题。为解决复合地层双模盾构选型及模式转换点位置选取问题,依托成都某市域轨道交通线路宝台大道站—苌弘广场站区间隧道穿越沱江工程,通过数值模拟,分析不同土舱压力下掌子面稳定情况;通过工程类比,给出双模盾构选型原则;基于渗流理论,建立盾构机内外统一的渗流场,推导出盾构螺栓输送机排土口处水头大小与刀盘位置之间的关系,进而确定模式转换点位置,并通过现场监测数据进行验证。结果表明:双模盾构选型应基于安全性,结合单一模式技术特点进行优化组合;模式转换点位置取决于刀盘所处的地层位置、刀盘面水头、改良渣土的渗透系数,并应结合施工效率确定;与刀盘位置相比,螺旋输送机排土口处水头大小对改良渣土的渗透系数更为敏感;改良渣土渗透系数降为中风化泥岩的0.4~0.5时,盾构施工具有较好的安全性、经济性。It not only exits construction risk when slurry pressure balance shield or earth pressure balance shield tunneling in compound stratum,but also is a problem to determine the switchover point of dual-mode shield machine.In order to solve the problems,based on the cross-river tunnel project between Baotai avenue station-Changhong square station interval of Chengdu urban rail transit line,firstly palm face stability was analyzed under different soil chamber pressure through numerical simulation.Through engineering analogy,the mode selection principle was discussed.Based on the seepage theory,a unified seepage field inside and outside the shield machine was established.The relationship between the hydraulic head size at the soil discharge port of the shield screw conveyor and the position of the cutterhead was derived,thereby determining the location of the mode switchover point,which was subsequently verified through on-site monitoring data.The results show that,construction safety is essential factor of mode selection,it should be optimal combination of two different modes.The switchover point is related to the stratum position of the cutterhead,the hydraulic head at the cutterhead face and the permeability coefficient of the conditioned muck,and should be determined in conjunction with construction efficiency.Compared to the position of the cutter,water pressure on spiral conveyor outlet is more sensitive to permeability coefficient of improved residual soil,it is safe and economical when permeability coefficient of improved residual soil is reduced to 0.4~0.5 times of moderate weathered mudstone.
